About Keep Believing Ministries

Fast Fact: In 2006 in China (population: 1.3 billion) 50 new Christian books were published (compared to 10,000 in the US). Keep Believing Ministries sponsored two of those books (An Anchor for the Soul and The ABCs of Wisdom).

Our Two Major Activities

1) Book Depot

We have established a Book Depot in Chicago for the free distribution of the book An Anchor for the Soul. The books are being donated for:

Prison Ministry
Military Ministry
Disaster Relief
General Missionary Outreach

2) Internet Resource Center

The Keep Believing website includes a daily weblog, links to a wide variety of Christian resources, 800 full-text sermons available for free downloads, several hundred shorter articles, and a free weekly sermon that goes by email to over 6800 people in America and around the world. The weblog provides a Comment section where readers can interact on topics ranging from biblical topics to current events to issues of personal concern. The website also has a feedback form that allows readers to submit questions, comments and feedback. Our goal is to deliver relevant, practical, helpful biblical content in an easily accessible format.

“Equipping and encouraging people to keep believing in Jesus”

“Now may the God of hope fill you with all joy and peace in believing, so that you may overflow with hope by the power of the Holy Spirit.” (Romans 15:13).

We are called to spread hope in a world that lives without it. The phrase “keep believing” suggests at least three important parts of our calling:

1) What we believe determines who we are and what we do.
2) In Jesus Christ there is something worth believing eternally.
3) We are called to keep believing in Jesus and to encourage others to do the same.

In keeping with those points, all of our ministries and projects focus around evangelism and encouragement. The 21st century offers unique opportunities and unparalleled challenges for the church of Jesus Christ. We are not attempting to build a large organization that will compete with other ministries. We would rather focus on meeting needs in a few key areas at a time. We serve local churches and the body of Christ worldwide by offering practical tools and relevant resources for effective ministry. We minister to church leaders, Christians in the marketplace, students, the hurting, new believers and those seeking to know God. We believe God blesses our efforts as we maintain a spirit of unity, humility, generosity and integrity
.

Our core values

  1. Living intentionally
  2. Ministering as a team
  3. Encouraging believers everywhere we go
  4. Moving forward by prayer
  5. Doing all things with financial integrity
  6. Cooperation, not competition
  7. Helping, not always leading
  8. Empowering others to serve the Lord

Statement of Faith

* We believe the Bible to be the inspired, the only infallible, authoritative Word of God.

* We believe that there is one God, eternally existent in three persons: Father, Son and Holy Spirit.

* We believe in the deity of our Lord Jesus Christ, in his virgin birth, in his sinless life, in his miracles, in his vicarious and atoning death through his shed blood, in his bodily resurrection, in his ascension to the right hand of the Father, and in his personal return in power and glory.

* We believe that for the salvation of lost and sinful people, regeneration by the Holy Spirit is absolutely essential.

* We believe in the present ministry of the Holy Spirit by whose indwelling the Christian is enabled to live a godly life.

* We believe in the resurrection of both the saved and the lost; they that are saved unto the resurrection of life and they that are lost unto the resurrection of damnation.

* We believe in the spiritual unity of believers in our Lord Jesus Christ.
